NRCA's logo of a sheaf of wheat depicts the sustenance and support that NRCA offers nonprofit organizations. Just like the wheat farmer who provides nourishment to his crop making it ripe for harvest, NRCA plants the seeds of knowledge of best practices and accountability. NRCA builds a healthy, viable nonprofit sector to help Alabama nonprofits grow to be good stewards of their resources so they in turn, can better serve and nourish their communities.

     · Sponsor training activities such as workshops in the areas of Governance, Agency Management and Resource Development,        "Ask the Experts" or a "Brown Bag Session";
     · Provide a one-year membership for a small, emerging Alabama nonprofit;
