From 1-65 (traveling from the NORTH)
Take Lakeshore Drive Exit. From the exit, take a LEFT at the red
light. Stay on Lakeshore Drive. You will cross Greensprings Highway,
then pass Samford University and Southern Progress Corporation on
the left. Just after the entrance to Southern Progress, begin to look
for a stone sign on the left (will be at intersection of Lakeshore
Drive and Old Montgomery Highway) that says "Lakeshore Rehabilitation"
and "Lakeshore Foundation." Turn left at this intersection onto Old
Montgomery Highway. You will soon see another stone sign on the left
saying "HealthSouth/Lakeshore Foundation." Take a left here onto the
Lakeshore campus. Once on campus, take a right at the first stop sign
(in front of the hospital) and follow this path up the hill and around
the curve to the Lakeshore Foundation office building. Go past the
main entrance to the Fred Sington Community Room entrance.

Drive). Merge onto Lakeshore Drive. You will go under Highway 31 and

Highway) that says "Lakeshore Rehabilitation" and "Lakeshore Foundation."
Turn right at this intersection onto Old Montgomery Highway. You will
